Sinekatalog’s take
Robert Bresson's final film follows a forged banknote through a chain of ruin and violence. Chilly, precise and devastating, it is an austere, pessimistic masterpiece on money's corrupting power.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
