Sinekatalog’s take
A village drama about an idealistic teacher fighting ignorance and the local strongman to open a school. It is earnest, a little schematic, and carried by its faith in education. A fitting watch for fans of classic Turkish social cinema.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
