Sinekatalog’s take

A Soviet-Indian co-production about the merchant who traveled from Russia to India in the fifteenth century, based on his own travel notes. It is an earnest, scenic adventure with a diplomatic spirit. For viewers curious about cross-cultural cold-war cinema.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
