Plot
Rose Marie Lemaitre, an orphan living in the Canadian wilderness, falls in love with her guardian, Mike Malone, an officer of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. The feeling is mutual.
Sinekatalog’s take
An orphan in the Canadian wilderness falls for the Mountie who is her guardian, in a musical operetta romance. Mervyn LeRoy leans on scenery, song and sweet melodrama. Dated and cheesy, but charming enough for classic-musical lovers.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
