Plot

Eleni is in love with a young and handsome Turk, Sedat (Tolgahan Sayışman), who also lives on Büyükada with his father, horse carriage driver Halil. These two have been sweethearts since their childhood, and now in college they have decided to further their relationship by tying the wedding knot.

Sinekatalog’s take

A Greek girl and a Turkish boy on an island, sweethearts since childhood, plan to marry while history closes in on them. The romance carries the pain of forced separation. A soft period drama for fans of cross-cultural love stories.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
