Plot
Bumbling professor Ned Brainard accidentally invents flying rubber, or "Flubber", an incredible material that gains energy every time it strikes a hard surface. It allows for the invention of shoes that can allow jumps of amazing heights and enables a modified Model-T to fly.
Sinekatalog’s take
A cheerful slice of vintage family comedy, powered by a goofy invention and a lot of old-school trick photography. The gags are mild and the plot simple, yet its good-natured spirit still works. Best enjoyed with kids or with a taste for innocent, analogue charm.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
