Plot
A Jamaican widower recently released from a mental institution and a former housewife with an imagined lover in the form of 19th-century composer Giacomo Puccini become the unlikely tenants of an eccentric widow in Los Angeles.
Sinekatalog’s take
A Jamaican widower and a woman haunted by an imaginary Puccini end up as tenants in an eccentric widow's Los Angeles home. Charles Burnett turns odd characters into a tender, offbeat romance. Quirky and warm, best for viewers who like gentle fantasy in everyday settings.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
