Plot
Pluto longs to be an Army mascot (especially after he sees how well they are fed) so he hatches a plan to take the place of the real mascot.
Sinekatalog’s take
Pluto sees how well the army mascot eats and schemes to swap places. It is a snappy cartoon built on food envy and a lovable dog's bad plan. Light, quick and worth it for fans of classic Disney shorts.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
