Plot

Inspired by the fictional Dr. Heiter, disturbed loner Martin dreams of creating a 12-person centipede and sets out to realize his sick fantasy.

Sinekatalog’s take

An extreme, deliberately repellent horror sequel that doubles down on shock over substance. Its ugly monochrome look and relentless cruelty are meant to provoke. Strictly for the transgressive-horror crowd; everyone else should steer clear.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
