A documentary centred on Benjamin Murmelstein, the Elder of Theresienstadt.

Sinekatalog’s take

Claude Lanzmann's documentary revisits his 1975 interviews with Benjamin Murmelstein, the last Elder of Theresienstadt, who dealt with Eichmann and survived. Sharp, defiant and morally unsettling, it is a bold, searching reckoning with complicity and survival.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
