Sinekatalog’s take
Gianni Amelio's drama follows two Sicilian brothers who migrate to Turin in the fifties and sixties, whose bond is frayed by the city. Enrico Lo Verso is moving in a restrained, powerful family saga that won the Golden Lion.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
