Sinekatalog’s take
Buñuel's blasphemous comedy follows a novice whose charity is repaid with cruelty. Banned in Spain, it ends with a mocking recreation of the Last Supper and a bleakly funny final shot.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
