Plot
The story about Jimmy Barka, a young vagabond who works as a seasonal worker. Having been sacked from the job, his dreams are to become a singer.
Sinekatalog’s take
A seasonal worker with dreams of being a singer drifts through Yugoslav provincial life. The film is a rough, restless slice of social realism with a musical pulse. A key piece of Yugoslav black-wave cinema.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
