Sinekatalog’s take
A stark period drama about a woman exiled to a provincial town, treated with an unflinching, humane gaze. It balances sparse realism with strong character feeling. An important starting point for those who like Turkish art cinema.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
