Plot

A small-town Oregon teacher and her brother, the local sheriff, discover a young student is harbouring a dangerous secret that could have frightening consequences.

Sinekatalog’s take

A gloomy creature feature that treats folklore horror as a metaphor for neglect and rural decay. The mood and design are striking, though the script rarely gives its ideas room. Better as atmosphere than as story, for fans of grim, slow-burn dread.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
