Sinekatalog’s take
Duras lays a spoken meditation on a lost ancient city over quiet garden images. It is slow, lyrical and austere, with an almost hypnotic voice; best for viewers who enjoy literary essay films and are comfortable with minimal visuals.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
