Sinekatalog’s take
Hans-Jürgen Syberberg's seven-hour spectacle, shot in a studio with puppets, projections and a few actors, reflects on Hitler as a German myth. Grand, strange and exhausting, it is a challenging, ambitious masterpiece of Brechtian cinema.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
