Plot
Little Toot is a baby tugboat who would rather play than help his father in New York harbor. When he does finally decide to help, he accidentally causes a major crash and is banished beyond the 12 mile limit.
Sinekatalog’s take
A playful baby tugboat would rather have fun than work, until a mishap makes him an outcast and he has a chance to redeem himself. A bright, musical animated short with a gentle lesson. A charming choice for kids and classic-animation fans.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
