Plot
After the death of her father, Little Voice or LV becomes a virtual recluse, never going out and hardly ever saying a word. She just sits in her bedroom listening to her father's collection of old records of Shirley Bassey, Marilyn Monroe and various other famous female singers.
Sinekatalog’s take
A painfully shy girl hides in her room with old records, until her pushy mother's boyfriend discovers what she can do. Funny, bittersweet and led by tremendous mimicry, it is a feel-good British tale with a darker edge of family neglect.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
