Story of Linda Lovelace, who is used and abused by the porn industry at the behest of her coercive husband, before taking control of her life.
Sinekatalog’s take
A biopic that retells a notorious story from two angles, the glossy public version and the harsher private one. The structure is clever, though the style is rather flat. It offers a sympathetic, sobering look at exploitation rather than a titillating one.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
