Plot

Jérémie returns to his hometown for the funeral of his former boss, the village baker. He decides to stay for a few days with Martine, the man's widow.

Sinekatalog’s take

A dryly funny, unsettling rural tale in which desire, suspicion and small-town secrets pile up. It never explains itself and keeps shifting tone from comedy to menace. Ideal for adventurous viewers who like strange, deadpan films.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
