A Hollywood circus melodrama.

Sinekatalog’s take

Benjamin Christensen's Hollywood melodrama sets a circus girl, Norma Shearer, between two men and a menace, with striking atmosphere. Dark, quick and visually expressive, it is a lively, shadowy silent with Christensen's sense of unease.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
