Sinekatalog’s take
Dziga Vertov's silent documentary celebrates the industrial progress of Soviet Ukraine for the revolution's eleventh anniversary. Rhythmic and ecstatic in its montage, it is a bold, propagandist and visually thrilling work.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
