Plot
The Second World War is over, and the Miniver family is trying to keep themselves together in post-War Britain, among continuing shortages and growing tensions within the family.
Sinekatalog’s take
A post-war sequel that trades the first film's wartime courage for domestic strain and quiet melancholy. It is gentle and tearful but less surprising. Recommended to viewers who liked the original and want a sober coda.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
