Plot
A film on the painter Yumeji Takehisa.
Sinekatalog’s take
Seijun Suzuki closes his Taisho trilogy with a dreamlike portrait of the painter Yumeji Takehisa and his muses. Kenji Sawada is elegant in a sumptuous, hallucinatory and lushly coloured meditation on art and desire.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
