Plot
During WWI Bill Pettigrew, a naive young Texan soldier is sent to New York for basic training. He meets worldly wise actress Daisy Heath when her car nearly runs him over.
Sinekatalog’s take
A naive soldier falls for a worldly actress during wartime. The old-fashioned romance relies on its stars and its sentiment, and the wartime backdrop adds poignancy. Gentle and tender, in a vintage way.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
